As such, our efforts to maintain our summer- ready beach body is harder than it seems. Skip the sugar-laden prepackaged granola and other cereals with this ridiculously easy crunchy goodness of Cacao Cashew Ranola Cluster (raw granola) recipe. Brimming with fiber, protein & healthy-fats, this naturally sweetened rawnola is a versatile add-on to your smoothie, yogurt, baked fruits or even better yet, have it on its own!
CACAO CASHEW RAWNOLA CLUSTER
INGREDIENTS
(Makes approximately 2 cups)
2/3 cup organic rolled oats
1/3 cup raw cashew
3/4 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp cashew butter
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/8 tsp sea salt*
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all the ingredients in your food processor.
2. Pulse the mixture till they clump into clusters.
*omit sea salt if the cashew butter you’re using is salted.
Recipe can be doubled or tripled and stored in an airtight jar to be consumed as and when you want. Tine to munch on the crunchy goodness of Cacao Cashew Ranola Cluster!

I absolutely LOVE granola, but abstain from buying the commercial variety due to the large amounts of sugar they contain. Homemade granola is the best! I haven’t made it in a while and I was very inspired to make some with your recipe!
