This is where Apple Cider Vinegar comes to play. To get you beach-body ready, consume just two to three teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 500mls of water daily. You can gulp the entire concoction, or sip it slowly throuhgout the day.
The earlier mentioned acetic acid in ACV has been scientifically proven to supresses your appetite, increase your metabolism and assist in reducing water retention. This results in a leaner you! Of course, try to eat healthier and you will be able to see the results quicker.

Tip: Fill a tub with warm water and two cups of Apple Cider Vinegar. Soak in the tub for at least 15 to 20 minutes and rinse off with cool water. To supplement this bath, apply cold natural yogurt on the burnt areas, leave on for 15 minutes and wash off with cool water. Finish up with an aloe vera gel.

When Apple Cider Vinegar is made, using the slow fermentation process, there is buildup of yeast and bacteria called the mother. The mother is known to contain most of the beneficial ingredients : enzymes and proteins including probiotics. ACV containing the mother has a slightly cloudy consistency, and may create strands or sediment in the finished products. It is important that you look for organic, unfiltered, and unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar to reap its many health and beauty benefits.
