Impress your summer lover this Valentine’s Day by preparing a stunning Italian dessert with a twist! Our Acai Berries Panna Cotta is easy to make and will definitely warm hearts all year round!
Traditionally, the classic Panna Cotta is made with heavy cream and gelatin which are good on our lips but bad for our hips. With this guilt-free, dairy-free, vegan recipe, organic silken tofu is used as a substitute for the heavy cream to recreate that rich and silky texture that we oh-so-love.
The secret ingredient added to give you the extra zing in this recipe is the super nutritious acai berry powder. This superfood imparts a slight refreshing tang with a whole lot of antioxidants to give you that summer glow!
