1 ripe papaya 

Coconut Almond filling ingredients:
1/4 cup plain coconut yogurt
1 tsp organic rice malt syrup (optional)
1-2 drops pure almond extract
Pitaya slices
Orange segments
Raw cacao nibs

Coconut Pitaya filling ingredients:
1/3 cup plain coconut yogurt
1/4 cup frozen pitaya chunks
1 tsp organic rice malt syrup (optional)
Pitaya slices
Mango slices
Banana slices




1. Cut the papaya into half (lengthwise) and discard the seeds.

2. To make the Coconut Almond Papaya  Boat, mix the coconut yogurt, organic rice malt syrup & pure almond extract in a small bowl. Scoop the filling into the papaya cavity. Top with pitaya slices, orange segments and raw cacao nibs.

3. To make the Coconut Pitaya Papaya Boat, process coconut yogurt, frozen pitaya chunks & organic rice malt syrup in a blender till smooth and creamy. Scoop the filling into the papaya cavity. Top with pitaya slices, mango slices and banana slices and enjoy your Papaya Boats Two-Ways in every way!
