To help combat arriving like a zombie in paradise, why not brew yourself a cup of our special Calming Blue Bedtime Latte with all-natural ingredients.
Dried lavender buds are included in this recipe as they are traditionally sedative in nature and contain anti-inflammatory properties. Another calming agent, the dried butterfly pea flowers, are also added to create the most soothing shade of blue.
Before taking a sip, a dash of ashwagandha powder is added to boost the sedative power of this calming bedtime beverage and you will be off to dreamland in no time!
CALMING BLUE BEDTIME LATTE

1 cup Almond Milk
10 pieces of Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers
1/2 tablespoon Dried Lavender Buds
1/4 teaspoon Ashwagandha Powder
1 teaspoon organic Rice Malt Syrup
Dried Rose Petals
Dried Forget-Me-Not Petals
1. Heat up the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2. When the milk starts to boil, turn off the heat and add in the dried lavender buds and dried butterfly pea flowers. Cover the saucepan and let the ingredients steep for 10 minutes.
3. Strain the Calming Blue Bedtime Latte through a fine sieve into a cup. Stir in ashwagandha powder and organic rice malt syrup.
*If you do not have dried butterfly pea flowers on hand, you may substitute it with 1 teaspoon butterfly pea flower powder!
