Oats are the perfect meal for people who like to keep their shape, need proteines AND like to enjoy tasty food! Hopefully I’ll find maca in Switzerland!

I know that oatmeal is highly praised in the gluten-free community. Still I can’t get myself to like it, same goes for porridge. *Chocolate* on the other hand… ;-)))
Maca sounds interesting, too. Where do you buy it?

I´m hearing about maca for the first time today. It can be great as superfood, but unfortunately I´m not a fan of porridges :O

This is such a great idea to add cacao powder to porridge! Why I haven’t thought of this before? This way my kids will get more encouraged to eat porridge in the mornings. Especially if it’s topped with chocolates too! And maca powder looks interesting. Would love to give it a try!
