RAW PITAYA BAOBAB CHIA JAM
Makes 1 1/3 Cup
2 cups fresh pitaya (cubed)
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp Panda Vita’s Organic Baobab Powder
1-2 tbsp organic rice malt syrup
1. Add all the ingredients in your blender/food processor & blitz till smooth (if you like your jam with chunky texture, pulse all the ingredients till desired consistency).
2. Empty the jam mixture into a jar & place it in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
