BLUEBERRY LEMON (N)ICE CREAM
1 3/4 cups banana slices (frozen)
1 cup blueberries (frozen)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Zest from 1 lemon
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor & blitz till smooth & creamy.
2. Transfer the nice cream into a loaf pan/a freezer-friendly container. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
3. Scoop & enjoy!
