INGREDIENTS

(Makes 1 Serving) 
 
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice (steamed)
1/3 cup purple sweet potato puree (steamed & cooled)
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp rice malt syrup (optional)
2 tsp cold-pressed flaxseed oil

Toppings (optional):
Kiwi fruit
Blueberries
Dragon fruit

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all the ingredients into a high-powered blender. Process until smooth and creamy.
 
2. Pour into a bowl and arrange some fruit slices on top.
