Guests will be kept active and entertained throughout the holiday with no less than 30 water sports and 20 land based activities at Bintan Lagoon Resort. We recommend the following activities that guarantee fun under the sun:
Bring out the adventurer in you and rev your way through the beach and nearby jungle on one of the many quads available. You will be led by a guide throughout. Tours lasta for 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 1 hour depending on your chosen package.
Suitable for children and adults, the archery center at the Driving Range guarantees loads of fun. There is an instructor on-site that will teach you the basics and safety procedures.
For golfing fanatics, there are two championship 18-hole courses to choose from. The Jack Nicklaus Seaview Golf course is not-to-be-missed with its picturesque views whereas the Ian Baker-Finch Woodlands Golf course will challenge all golfers with its natural terrain.
There is also a covered driving range available to practise your shots before teeing off.

How to get to Bintan Lagoon Resort?
Bintan Island is located roughly 19 kilometers across the strait from Singapore. There are regular ferries from Singapore, Johor Bahru (Malaysia), and neighboring Batam Island (Indonesia). A handful of domestic flights fly into Raja Haji Fisabililah Airport, southwest of Bintan Island, but the majority of international travelers will arrive by way of Singapore. A new airport, New Bintan Resorts International Airport is scheduled to open by December 2019.
There is a direct ferry service (Mozaic Ferry Lines) that leaves from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal and arrives at Bintan Lagon Resort in under 75 minutes. This is by far the most hassle-free way to get directly to Bintan Lagoon Resort.
You need to be at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in Singapore an hour prior to boarding the ferry. You can find the Mozaic Ferry Lines counter on the right-hand side of the terminal entrance as soon as you walk in. This is where you will collect your boarding pass and check-in your luggages. Cabin-sized luggages and backpacks are allowed on the ferry as hand-carry.

Note: Mozaic Ferry Lines will be suspended starting January to February due to the Monsoon season. Ferry service resumes in March, subject to weather and approval from port authorities. During this period, Bintan Lagoon Resort will provide its guests with complimentary shuttle transfer from BBT (Bandar Bintan Telani) Ferry Terminal to the resort.
What are the immigration procedures at Bintan Island?
Bintan Island is part of Indonesia and immigration procedures are very straightforward upon arrival. At Bintan Lagoon Resort, you will enjoy the convenience of having a private immigration terminal for its guests. You will only need to fill in a customs declaration form and hand it to the officer after passport control.
Note: If you depart by direct ferry from Bintan Island back to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in Singapore, please ensure you have properly filled up the immigration form to re-enter Singapore prior to arrival.

Bintan Island remains open throughout the year with a consistent pleasant climate. March through May brings in the most number of tourists with temperatures averaging 30°Celcius.
Northeast Monsoon in Bintan island
The Northeast Monsoon season in Bintan Island begins from late November to early March, which brings in the heaviest rainfall throughout the year.

What should I pack for my trip to Bintan Island?
Bintan Island is a tropical paradise with warm temperatures throughout the day and night. Pack light and rememeber your swimwear, a good sunscreen and also insect repellent to prevent mosquito and sandfly bites.
For a natural remedy to prevent sandfly bites, we recommend rubbing natural coconut oil all over your body – especially on your feet, before applying sunscreen.
If you do forget to bring something, Bintan Lagoon Resort has a convenience store and a boutique to ensure all your needs are met.
What currency should I bring to Bintan Lagoon Resort?
At Bintan Lagoon Resort, you will find an ATM and a licensed money changer on-site. Although most holiday packages for all at Bintan Lagoon Resort includes food and drinks at selected outlets, it is not an all-inclusive resort and some of the activities, meals and beverages are chargeable. All incidentals are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The resort accepts payment via all major credit cards.
