There’s no doubt that anyone who has a nice golden tan look healthier and some may even say, slimmer! A good tan also contours the body and increases the level of attractiveness of a person. Have you ever seen a pasty-skinned muscle man? Not a very pretty sight I must say.

Of course, there are certain hazards with tanning. Yes, tanning can be bad for you if you do it too frequently without already having a solid base. If you pace your tan without getting sun burnt, then you do not have much to worry about. Remember, an excess of everything is never good for you.

However, if you’re still worried about skin cancer and all the cons with tanning, there are now loads of self-tanners in the market that will give your skin the same glow as if you had just returned from the beach.

It’s easy to get a tan, whichever method you use, be it tanning studios, outdoor tanning or self tanners.
