Energy Boost Bliss Balls are little bites of chocolatey goodness and the answer to the mid-afternoon slumps! These tasty little treats are easy to prepare, packed with protein and most importantly, scrumptiously healthy!

ENERGY BOOST BLISS BALLS

energy boost bliss balls moringa, hemp seed, cashews, dates, cacao protein packed bites

 

INGREDIENTS

(Makes approximately 16 balls) 
 
3/4 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup gluten-free oats
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
12 pitted dates (soaked in water)
2 tbsp raw cacao butter (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
2-3 tsp of moringa powder
 

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all the above ingredients except for the moringa powder into a food processor. Process them till you get a cookie dough texture. If they are too dry, add 1-2 teaspoons of the water used to soak the dates.
 
2. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place them in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
 
3. Take the Energy Boost Bliss Balls out from the freezer, dust with moringa powder and say goodbye to hunger pangs!
